Frank Miao is an experienced educator and researcher in educational assessment, computer-assisted language learning (CALL), and teaching methodology. He was a Senior Lecturer at Sun Yat-Sen University in China, Senior Visiting Scholar at Portsmouth University in the UK, and President of Franklin English Language College, Vancouver, Canada, a renowned private post-secondary institution in BC, Canada.
The foremost TOEFL (Computer Based Test) researcher in China, Mr. Miao is well recognized for his achievement in this field. He has published widely on teaching theories and methodologies, TOEFL iBT preparation, IELTS Preparation and ESL instruction material. Frank Miao has trained thousands of students, many of whom have gone on to study at top universities of North America.
