FELC has entered into a partnership agreement with Coquitlam College. Under the terms of this partnership agreement, Coquitlam College recognises FELC’s ELT (ESL) Program as equivalent to Coquitlam’s English 99 and accepts students directly into English 101 upon successful completion of FELC’s ELT Program.
With this partnership programs, Franklin students are able to complete their English Language Training in Franklin campuses around China before they come to Canada, and that will help our students to get their language proficiency upgraded in China, saving great amount of living expenses and increasing their success rate of visa application.
