A student will become subject to dismissal under any of the following circumstances.
Violation of FELC’s Attendance Policy
Engaging in behavior reasonably deemed dangerous, abusive, disruptive or otherwise improper by FELC on school premises or in homestay accommodations, or soliciting or assisting another person to behave in such a way
Violation Canadian laws on school premises, or notification of police or Immigration Services involvement for conduct off school premises
Misrepresentation of oneself or furnishing FELC with false information
A student will be provided with a written notice of dismissal and a refund will be issued in accordance with FELC’s refund policy.
