The Top Vancouver SAT Programs for You

Our Elite SAT Program skyrocketing Your SAT I Score Well Above 2000

90% of students who attend SAT Prep courses at Franklin get a SAT I score above 2000. This is accomplished through a mixture of practice and skill-building. Franklin’s Elite SAT Prep courses offer greater depth in SAT vocabulary building, which facilitates both SAT reading and SAT writing.

Franklin Elite SAT prep courses are taught using material based on REAL SAT TESTS. A strong focus on SAT vocabulary building helps our SAT students to succeed on the SAT I.

Often ignored in preparation for the SAT Reading Section, the key to succeeding is, quite simply, understanding the SAT reading passage. With guidance, this is not as difficult as SAT students often imagine it to be. Through the process of active reading, Franklin’s Elite SAT students are able to predict many of the questions—and their answers—before getting to the questions. With a deeper understanding of rhetoric, reading SAT passages and answering SAT questions becomes less time-consuming. An added bonus to this approach to the SAT Reading Section is that getting a score of 6 on the SAT essay becomes much easier in the process.

Lucy's feedback on FELC's SAT Program

"This is the best SAT program in Vancouver, and I recommend it to all my friends."

----- Lucy Lin,BurnabyNorth Secondary School

Lucy Lin, fromBurnaby(GreaterVancouverArea) is an outstanding high school student. When asked about her SAT prep. experience at FELC, she mentioned that the SAT program was really helpful for her. Not only did she learn the specific skills that she needed to deal with the test, she also felt that her general knowledge had been expanded.

Grammar and writing used to be the most difficult aspects of English classes, but after Lucy had been in Franklin’s SAT program for 10 sessions, she saw a dramatic improvement in her high school English marks. Michelle helped Lucy develop her own writing style, making her a more confident essay writer . In addition, the teaching style and study environment at Franklin were stress-free and effective for Lucy.

For the SAT test itself, Michelle focused on developing Lucy’s analytical skills as well as logical thinking skills. Those two skills are crucial when dealing with questions on the exam. Lucy said all the instructors at Franklin were easy to communicate with, which allowed problems to be solved immediately. Lucy also found that the instructors helped students develop their individual thinking skills. For example, if Lucy ran out of ideas, teachers would help her figure out the direction in which she should go, and would share their ideas with her. Idea development is key to essay writing.

She concluded that the way that Michelle teaches helped her understand vocabulary deeply, and she was able to remember most of the vocabulary she learned in class. Lucy said she could feel an incredible improvement in terms of essay writing, grammar, and vocabulary. She felt she that after studying at Franklin, she had simply become smarter.
