Michelle Becker

Michelle Becker is a native of Toronto, fluent in both French and English. She attended McMaster University on an academic scholarship where she majored in English and minored in Studies in Globalization (including Politics, Economics, Art and Critical Theory). After receiving an Honours Bachelor of Arts and graduating with distinction, she pursued graduate work at UBC where she received a teaching fellowship.

Farah Sami

Farah did her Bachelor in Science (B.Sc.) from McMaster University in Mathematics, Statistics and Chemistry. She did her teacher training in ESL, Mathematics and Economics from Christchurch College of Education, New Zealand.

Melvin Lu used to be a student at Franklin English Language College. He enjoyed the environment and the time spent in this college so much that he decided to come back as an employee after he got his MBA degree. Presently, he works as a marketing coordinator and he is responsible for marketing, administration, and teaching grammar.

Melvin got his Bachelor of Engineering in Beijing, and then he came toCanadaand enrolled in Franklin English Language College to prepare for theTOEFLexam. He passed it within a month, and afterwards he studied for the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) by himself to meet the requirements of the MBA program. After 16 months of study at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, he got his MBA degree and started working for Franklin.

Peter Dustan, Star Instractor

Peter Dustan has gained a profound understanding of teaching the English language through his work with Franklin English Language College and his own classes in Ottawa. After receiving extensive training from FELC founder Mr. Miao, he began assisting with classes and gained even more experience.
