Franklin is a welcoming environment that provides international students and new immigrants with the support they need at a challenging time in their lives. Our staff do their best to help newcomers adapt themselves to a new lifestyle inVancouverBC and our students have a friendly attitude toward those who have just arrived to Canada. The newcomers will quickly build close relationships with our students and receive all the support they need from them. When a new student comes to our school, the teachers assess the student’s English language proficiency, and recommend the courses and/or outline the coursework that would meet his or her needs.
