Frank Miao has announced that FELC is implementing its three-year plan to become an internationalESLschool with branch campuses covering Canada, US, China, Japan, and South Korea. To reach that end, FELC has allocated a great part of its resources on the compiling of textbooks, internal powerlearning web, and a set of management system.
